This artwork has painted during the first lockdown.

In the beginning, we thought we contracted this virus from bats; the wasps symbolize " questioning"; the poppy flowers represent the hate from The First World War (opium war).
What Massimiliano finds interesting is how white flowers are seen as something completely different in Asian cultures compared to Western ones.

In saying that, he hopes for everyone to leave the fear of judgment behind, allowing more room for kindness and resilience.
